Inspired by our wonderful clients, we create tailored, elegant spaces that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics. Our holistic approach considers the emotional and functional aspects of a home, crafting timeless interiors that stand the test of time. At Ashby White, we are not just designing spaces; we are curating artful living experiences that reflect the unique stories of our clients.

Lydia’s career began in 2014 with a kitchen and bath remodeler in the Triangle area of North Carolina, and after working for design firms in both North Carolina and Colorado, Lydia co-founded The Ashby White Co., realizing a tangible commitment to excellence in design. Caitlin Sargent grew up surrounded by the creative process in her family’s art studios, Caitlin absorbed artistic expression and learned to appreciate its value. This early exposure laid the groundwork for her understanding of the challenges non-creative individuals face when trying to articulate their vision in the realm of design.

After two years of working alongside one another as designers, Lydia and Caitlin found the ability to serve their clients as a collaborative team was more powerful than their individual design voices.
